Hello again!

Me? I'm a girl for sure! I'm as Australian as can be.... I live in South Australia and I'm a single mum with 3 boys.... that's a full time job!

I myself am a huge fan of Anime and Manga, my most fave being ofcourse - Bleach!

I really enjoy our conversations on the Bleach discussion page with elleztim... I've only done Bleach walls so far, but I am working on two new ones that are completely unrelated to Bleach. I'm also working on a vector for the VD #8 competition.

I totally agree with you about X5, it was the best among the serie and not only cause of the gameplay, but the story, and background music too, but to tell the truth, X5 was the 1st Megaman X i played, because, i used to play Rockman when i was kid on those NES platform, i never knew that they did continue the story when i walked across that X5 while walking near a shop around 2001, and when i tried to get more of it, i was able to get X4, which i did love too, i even did no damage in the game, sad though that i didn't record that day, then got Megaman 8, which was an anniversary collection game, it was awesome, brought me old days, in a such neat environment, oh, how could i forget, the cinematics were always just awesome, and after playing all those Megamans, i did regret that X5 and X6 didn't have that much cinematics, if you ask me about X7 and X8, from what i've seen X7 isn't that good, but i might still play just to know the story, but for X8, it was good, it's true that it's different from the original, but they manage to keep what made Megaman serie good for all that long, and the cinematics were captivating, about X6, lol, it's strange that you mention that, and true, it was hard but all these made the game worth the play, i just regret that they didn't develop much about dynamo's appearance!

I wish you would give a chance to X8, the game has evolved, and it's sometime worth for the player to evolve with the game too, not everytime, but to me, X8 was cool, the only thing i can blame them about, is that the background music wasn't that captivating, for the rest it was enough cool to me!

Hi!!!! nice to meet another big fan of Megaman, but wait, you like Megaman like "the Megaman"??? not those weird spin offs like battle network or starforce i hope, sigh, wish capcom would stop doing animes, anyways, me too i played Megaman 1 - 8 plus Megaman X 1 - 8 but skipped X 7, i still didn't get my hands on it, sadly, and am still looking for an english version of Command Mission, P(T_T) i'd like you to have a look at this, been working on it but, each time i say am going to complete it, i barely get the time i want, most of my time goes in work, and sleep, and am not even sure if what i got on mind will be accepted here but nevertheless here's a link Megaman CM in the new version, i did reduce the stretch look and decided to work on vectoring other circuit boards to make it more random, so the new is definitely better than this one but, i just thought it would interest you!

Doing everything on separate layers has a lot of benefits. First off, it allows you to get the movement of the character down correctly before adding cloth. Adding cloth comes second because it follows behind the main motion, which is why cloth hair, etc is called secondary motion. If you were to do all of this on one layer, you would be guaranteed to screw it up, simply because of the mechanics of it. Also, because you are guaranteed to make a mistake, if you screwed it up, you would need to start over completely, because erasing the cloth on each and every one would screw up your original motion. Also, sometimes it's the case where you may be off by just one drawing. If you did it on one layer, you would need to go back and alter every drawing, but if it is on multiple layers, you can just add in that extra drawing where it's needed.

Theres all sorts of reasons why. It's mainly just faster and easier, and allows for better movement and secondary motion. It's hard to explain without being able to show it.

Haha, yeah. I'd better know a lot about them since it's what I do for a living. When I went to school, I had a couple professors that used to work at Disney, so I have a very firm grasp on how that kind of animation is done, since that is how I was taught. Man, I could have gone into so much more detail in that thread, haha. I showed restraint!
